A little girl in Tehran, living with her mother, decides to save sheep from being sacrificed for the traditional ceremony called Eid-e-Ghorban. In a society where people's lives are structured according to the ruling ideology and radical religion dictates all matters, children and adolescents cannot tolerate this ideology and strive to resist it within their own world. In the film, 10-year-old Rose takes this same approach, attempting to confront her childish world by sacrificing sheep for a religious ceremony and saving the remaining sheep.
