In the year 20XX, a zombie virus suddenly appeared, leading to the extinction of most humans. In this brutal era, two individuals, Yoh and Taku, have managed to survive. One day, Taku notices someone being chased by zombies and consults Yoh, but Yoh refuses to help, deeming it too risky. However, upon hearing a woman's scream, Yoh decides to rescue her (she is young and beautiful). Excited by the sight of a woman for the first time in a long while, Yoh begins to rationalize his decision, saying, "Women are the hope of humanity." However, their plan fails, and the woman turns into a zombie.

20XX年、突如ゾンビウイルスが出現し、人類のほとんどが滅亡した。そんな過酷な時代を、ヨウとタクという二人の人間だけが生き残っていた。ある日、タクはゾンビに追われている人を見かけ、ヨウに相談するが、ヨウは危険すぎるとして助けを拒否する。しかし、若くて美しい女性の悲鳴を聞いたヨウは、彼女を助けようと決意する。久しぶりに女性の姿を見て興奮したヨウは、「女性こそ人類の希望だ」と自分の決断を正当化し始める。だが、彼らの計画は失敗に終わり、女性はゾンビと化してしまう。
