Prolific Oakland based dancer, teacher and choreographer Sarah Crowell redefines her relationship with her body and her craft as she goes through menopause and is forced to confront the unique experience of aging as a female athlete. The Second Spring is about the strength, intentionality, and vulnerability it takes to be a woman with a life long career as an athlete.

Exploring visceral experiences such as returning to work after giving birth and aging as a female athlete, to looking at what’s specifically needed to fuel female athletes and help them overcome injuries, Unstoppable highlights the grit, determination, tenacity and strength of female athletes around the world.
