In May 2024, Josh Moughan from The Dirty Hands Project set off on Hike for a Change, a fundraiser spanning the 230-mile Bay Circuit Trail in Massachusetts that transformed grief into purpose—honoring the life of his son, Ty, and raising awareness for mental health after Ty’s death by suicide.
