Aloni also published a book LOVE IN THE TIME OF FLU (2018), and produced wrote, and directed the tv drama SHIR (Reshet, 2017) YOU UP is his 2nd film. Director StatementThis is a true story that is roughly based on my own experiences but I think have happened, in one way or another to many. The vision was to create a film that will be watched as one continuous moment that makes us routing for the couple to stay together like a good romantic comedy but also give a twist to the well known genre. Working with a tiny budget was challenging but also kept us focused on the story, keeping it in one location and as realistic as possible although it's a crazy comedy. I think the combination helped to keep the heart in the right place and create an engaging experience for the viewer.

It is a stream-of-consciousness narrative with a cartoon aesthetic that takes modernist stream-of-consciousness filmmaking into a post-modern and humorous form. ﻿

An AI based documentary film using real sound and footage from the NOVA festival on Oct 7th. Maya, hiding in a bush from the terrorists, finds her way out using her imagination.

Girl In A Bush

Under the Stitches is a short film that tells the story of Lilli, a young jew seamstress hidden in the basement of Hilda’s house, the owner of the workshop she used to work at, during the end of World War II, in Europe. There, she continues to work on the embroideries for dresses, until she must begin to make the insignias for the german nazi uniforms. Overtaken by fear and mistrust towards her boss’s intentions, she manages to find herself and recover the values of her faith, facing the challenge of staying alive. <img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/b5e445da5da25bacd4614e27df32922b.jpg" width="171">Director Biography -&nbsp;Micaela GeslinImage and Sound Designer and photographer. Experience in directing, assistant directing, art direction, cinematography, scriptwriting, casting, film and radio production, social media management and event assistance.

"Israel Is Really Real" is a short movie telling a story of the Israeli experience as a photo montage with songs in five parts. It shows a perspective of Israel before the Hamas attack on October 7th, the Nova music festival and subsequent terror attack there (and on the nearby kibbutzim), Israel's response, being unified and fearless, and then a finale of hope for now and the future. <img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/9ed28555089ff47f947775507948f09d.jpg" width="108">Director Biography - Julie MarxJulie "Jules" Marx was born and raised in Florida, has always been driven by a passion for creativity, art, and a thirst for deeper knowledge. As a comparative religion major, I have sought adventurous exploration of world cultures through extensive travel and study for my entire life. I am also accomplished in numerous healing arts and am a first time filmmaker with this production.

Israel is Really Real

We Should Eat humorously touches on age-old familial irritations with Jewish mothers, the intricacies of raising pre-teen daughters, existential dread and of course, the perpetual struggle to figure out what to order for dinner. The film stars Alysia Reiner (Orange Is the New Black), Tovah Feldshuh (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), Jackie Hoffman (Only Murders in the Building), Joel de la Fuente (Walking Dead), Bob Ari (Law and Order SVU) and Lexi Perkel (Sack Lunch Bunch). Written and directed by Shaina Feinberg.
