Ohkubo works at a career design center. Frustrated by his coworker’s sudden leave, he asks the HR department to increase staff. Instead, an employee with a physical disability from an injury is assigned to his team, increasing Ohkubo’s frustration. HR recommends he meet a medical advisor. When psychiatric treatment is suggested, Ohkubo interprets it as an attempt to force him out. His behavior becomes unstable, eventually spiraling out of control after a confrontation with the medical advisor, who tells him he might have a mental disorder.
