Every year at the Women's Champange Brunch, Big Brothers Big Sisters introduce a match story to showcase the impact of mentorship - and the powerful ways that a Big can ignite the potential of their Little. Janis & Destiny have been part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program since 2014 where they had the opportunity to hang out and Janis had the opportunity to mentor a child. Throughout their match journey, Destiny has shown Janis the importance of patience, compassion, and the incredible power of believing in someone. She has reminded Janis of the joy in the simplest moments and the beauty of embracing life's uncertainties.
