embedded in the day-to-day experience of the city. With the narrations of a Journalist, an imprisoned Queer person, and a collective of Trans/GNC identities, On the Lagos streets of Lagos highlights intimate stories of survival, community, grief, family, and hope for a minority community in Nigeria.

Director Biography - Rachel Dax
Rachel Dax is a Writer, Director and Producer. Her last fiction film Time & Again starring Dame Sian Phillips and Brigit Forsyth screened at over 65 festivals and won 13 awards, including the audience award at OUTFEST Hollywood - the world's preeminent LGBTQ+ film festival. It went on to screen twice on BBC Wales and then twice on BBC Four in the 9pm slot, and was on BBC iPlayer for a year. Her new film 'Greer Ralston - Giving It All To Art' is her first feature length project and professional documentary, although she dabbled in this medium as a student.
Rachel has also written four novels and has written, directed and produced four 50-60 minute audio dramas.

Greer Ralston is an outstanding artist whose bold images of female nudes resonate with lesbians for their strength and beauty. And whose flower paintings have a sensual quality that cannot be ignored! I wanted the world to know about her work!
What are the themes and central messages you wanted to convey with your submission?:
That it is brave and brilliant to follow the dream!
