Easton, an 18-year-old with low self-esteem, leads a monotonous life working at a dead-end coffee shop job. Overweight and unsure of his place in the world, his childhood passion for basketball has become a distant, forgotten dream—one his parents constantly belittle. One day, while at work, Easton stumbles upon a flyer for basketball try-outs, sparking a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. Torn between the discouraging voices in his life and the chance to revive his long-lost dream, Easton faces a difficult decision: remain living in the shadows of his self-doubt or take a leap of faith, pursuing a passion he once thought was beyond his reach.
