So Mikey goes to check it out and ask the ghost wtf his problem is. It's simple, he was killed in this house 150 years ago to the day and he's here to haunt the descendants of the man who murdered him. Fair enough, says Mikey. But a corporation actually bought the building back in the '80s so the descendants are long gone. The ghost is sad. But Mikey can still help. A targeted internet search will do the trick. And in the process, she'll teach the ghost about modern times while she helps him find the right jerk to haunt.
