In the year 2368, with Earth on the brink of extinction, Peter, a lone scientist, searches the galaxy for an inhabitable planet humans can populate. He crash-lands on Scnarf—a planet where the aliens relax, throw frequent talent shows, and have zero interest in technological progress. Roz, the lead alien’s rhythm-less child, an outsider in her community who dreams of getting off Scnarf and exploring the cosmos, finds Peter roaming the planet, and a friendship blossoms.
As the aliens welcome him into their community, Peter becomes caught between saving his people and preserving this planet and its population.
The Edge of Space is a wild musical adventure bursting with big laughs, original songs, and surprising emotional twists. Featuring all new original music by Jamie Travis (Babeheaven), Luca Mantero (Memory of Speke + Babeheaven) and Jacob Read (Jerkcurb).
