DO THE RIGHT THING:
Salvatore "Sal" Fragione (Danny Aiello) is the Italian owner of a pizzeria in Brooklyn. A neighborhood local, Buggin' Out (Giancarlo Esposito), becomes upset when he sees that the pizzeria's Wall of Fame exhibits only Italian actors. Buggin' Out believes a pizzeria in a black neighborhood should showcase black actors, but Sal disagrees. The wall becomes a symbol of racism and hate to Buggin' Out and to other people in the neighborhood, and tensions rise.
About Jason MOsely WOTTA Graham:
Jason is a Speaker, Writer, Artist, Performer, Producer, Educator, Interviewer, Accident and Father. He is a former Poetry champion for the state of Oregon. In 2018 he was named as the first Creative Laureate.of Bend Oregon. He is a TED X speaker and performer. WOtta is currently a Conversation Project Leader and Bridging Oregon Facilitator with Oregon Humanities. MOsley WOtta’s latest musical project THIS IS NOT ALL THERE IS was released in 2020 with producer Colten Tyler Williams featured in VORTEX MAGAZINE.
About Jesse Locke:
Jesse Locke is an award winning filmmaker from Bend, Oregon. He has made six short films and one feature length documentary. Each of these films have been officially selected by a number of different film festivals throughout the world. Three of these films have won awards including ‘best in show’ for his documentary “Radiance of Resistance” at the Human Rights Film Festival in Belfast, Ireland. He has been providing high quality video production for local businesses in Oregon since 2012.
