One in four families in the United States is struggling to put food on the table. COVID-19 increased this number. Restaurants and other markets for food closed, initially hurting farmers. "Farm to Families" tells the story of the creative collaboration between Rogue Valley Farm to School, Fry Family Farm, local schools and community volunteers -- joining forces to feed families in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley. In twelve weeks the program distributed 240,000 pounds of fresh produce! When her children were growing up she took up photography to record their (ever so rapid!) development. Making short documentary films is now her main creative outlet. She likes to combine the light and sound of film to tell immersive stories - as succinctly as possible!

Link Sar is a short film about an elite American alpinist navigating his relationships and motivations while attempting to climb and survive one of the world’s most challenging unclimbed peaks: Link Sar, in the high mountains of Pakistan. About the Director: <img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/5ab6eaba1aa21e1d5f155d52601526e9.jpg" width="133" style="display: inline; margin: 0px 0px 1em 1em; float: right;">Zimmerman is a multi-disciplined content producer who excels with complex logistics and strategy. He has climbed new routes in the Pakistani Karakoram, shot films on the volcanoes of the Atacama desert, and has very successfully led projects with brands and organizations including REI, Direct TV, and Outside. As an alpinist, he holds leadership roles in a variety of organizations and has won several prestigious awards, including the gold medal of alpinism (the Piolet d’Or) for first ascents on four continents. He lives in Bend, OR.

A short dark comedy about a man and his wisecracking dog who take in a down on his luck mannequin head. As charity gives way to a blossoming relationship, a jealous rift thrusts the trio into a tragic spiral proving that nothing comes between a man and his best friend. About the Director: <img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/9090b0a2a4145c5d7d91a427a4d51868.jpg" width="150" style="display: inline; margin: 0px 0px 1em 1em; float: right;">Jacob grew up in Central Illinois. He studied Film at Southern Illinois University and Columbia College Chicago where he graduated with a BA in Film Production. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles where he lived for 6 years, working in digital media distribution for Deluxe and Paramount Pictures. Jacob and his now-wife, Rebecca (a Sisters High School graduate), relocated to Central Oregon in April 2017. Since arriving in Bend, Jacob has shifted his focus to being behind the camera and producing his own content.
