Indiana University's Center for Underwater Science has been working for over 25 years with the Dominican Republic's Ministries of Culture and Environment to document pre-colonial use of submerged caverns by Indigenous peoples. This documentary was created by Research Assistant Wyatt Fritz in fulfillment of his B.A. in Underwater Archaeology through the University's Individualized Majors Program during the Center's Living Museums in the Sea Field School 2022 and 2023.
